Concrete Poles & Foundation

  • Interior poles:
    • 4" x 15' Pre Stretched Concrete pole
    • 3' deep base
    • 5m - 6m spacing
    • 10 AWG GI wire twisted pair for rebar
    • 4x pairs as 4 rebar near every corner of pole.
  • Corner poles:
    • 6" x 15' Concrete pole
    • 3' x 1' solid concrete base
    • 4x 1/4" rebar near every corner of pole.
  • Brace Foundation:
    • 2' x 3' T type solid concrete base

Tensioning & Bracing System

  • 1” Polyester Rope for Primary bracing on 40° Incline and pole top.
  • 0.25” Polyester Rope for Secondary interconnection & general tensioning.
  • 10 AWG GI wire every 5' at 11' Hight Front-to-back roof rails
  • 2x 14 AWG GI wire with 1' gap every 2.5' at 9' height for vine crop support.

Retractable Roof System

  • Pitched roof with a 20° slope for wind & rain runoff.
  • Woven fabric with linseed oil as roof material.
  • Zip Ties or Tension clips for attachment.
